Would like some C&C on this one

Too much light making the dog look too white. Would look better with no 2nd shadow to behind

As requested... IMO, it was shot at a bad angle and you clearly missed focus. I think this photo would have benefited from getting down more on the dog's level rather than shooting down on him. This would have provided, more than likely, a much less boring background for your subject as well as a more interesting perspective. The focus plane seems to be a good 4-6" in front of the dog judging by the pavement.

Try getting lower and on an equal level with the dog. The dog appears to be blown out and the shadows are harsh. But cute dog!
