Would These Work?

I have a roll of black seamless BG paper and I am trying to get completely black BG's. Would these lights be okay to light my BG with? LIGHTS Photo Photography Tent,Studio,Video,lighting | eBay

If you're wanting a completely black background, you wouldn't light it at all, only your subject.
