I'm very interested in purchasing a quality "L" telephoto lens from canon after being disappointed by my EFS 55-250mm budget telephoto. I've been looking pretty hard, and two lenses look like really good choices for me. Give me your offer for either lens. Thanks!

Don't get me wrong, it's a great performer for the price. I'm just looking for something more. My friend has the 70-200mm F/4L IS and I've seen his pictures. There isn't a comparison in quality between the two.
