These are actually from last year but I'm planning on trying again this summer and would love some feedback.

I would get tighter ... facial expressions tell a lot of the story. Also shoot wide open so the shallow DOF will help isolate the subject from the background.

Seefutlung: What do you mean by wide open, having the lens as wide as possible?
