Yellow field

Snapshot with my poor digicam, Pentax Optio30.

1. Original, only resized and sharpened

2. Enhanced luminance

3. Enhanced contrast

Difficult to decide between #2 and #3. The shadows are too black in #3, in my opinion, although I like the contrast, which makes the yellow shine more bright. Any thoughts?

it's a pretty shot, i love the yellow field with the lupines edgeing it out... the purple, yellow, and greens all compliment each other well... sorry i don't really have much advice for you, just keep tweaking until you get it just the way you want it... maybe #2 with a contrast adjustment that's not quite as much as in #3... :thumbup:

very nice colors, they go well together. Personally I like the original. It's hard to enhance bright colours like yellow witout it looking manipulated.
