Yellow Warranty slips that came with my D3200

Do I need to do anything with these yellow warranty slips that came with my D3200 camera?

One is for extended coverage (which I probably don't need anyway) and it says you have to register within 10 days for coverage. I got it for Xmas from Mom, so I think I've gone past the 10 days, but no big deal, it's for the lens that came with the kit. They were the standard 18-55 and the 55-200 no VR.

The other yellow slip say "Registration no required for warranty coverage".

Should I register my camera somehow for anything, or am I ok as is?

I've never bothered to register mine, and on the couple of occasions I've had warranty work, there's been no issues. Keep those slips however as you may be asked to send them in if there is warranty work. Not having it doesn't negate the warranty, but apparently it makes things take much, much longer (with Nikon Canada at least).

In the UK when you register a new Nikon camera or lens you get a extra 12 months of warranty making 24 in total.

My advice - register your Nikon camera and Nikon lens.
In the US when you register a Nikon lens online at NikonUSA.com the lens warranty is extend for 4 additional years - 5 years total.
In the US registering your camera body does not extend the 1 year warranty.

Yep, if they have registration info already on file it can speed things up.
