    And Just When I Think...what, another Great Egret shot...really, just how many do I already have...a zillion, maybe two...but,

    A great one indeed! The pad of grass around the feet actually enhanced the pic for me.

    Those are Pine Needles as he was high in a tree.

    This was shot with the new Nikon 200-500. It is a very sharp lens.

    very nice! we had one hanging around at a marina up here for a couple of months, and i must've gotten 1200+ shots of it in that time.. they're not common at all in this part of the country, so i figured i'd better take advantage of the opportunity while i had it!

    Beautifully sharp, great framing and exposure. What focal length was it at? I'm guessing 500mm
