Yesterday's Arboretum session cont.

Here's a few more pictures from yesterday's arboretum photo outing. Two pictures are HDR imaging, and two are single image photographs. Thanks for taking the time to look.

This was a conscience attempt at selective focusing with the foreground leaf in sharp focus and the Camila being in soft focus, which I hoped would further suggest the softness and delicateness of the flower. I think I just missed the mark as I should have included more of the Camila. Just not sure how I should have done that without loosing the perspective I was after.

There is a small separate greenhouse for these plants. Unfortunately, I can't remember what they're named. Will have to start writing down all this technical stuff as the memory sure isn't what it use to be. This picture is HDR imaging, with a forth image was used with fill flash at -.07 for more highlights and some shadows.
