Nice enough mate, I'm not a massive sepia fan though. Plus it's turned cold here after a good summer, the nights have drawn in so I'm probably naturally drawn to the colder black and white. Personally I'd be tempted to crop it right down to just contain the fence and a bit of tree and see if I could enhance the grain a bit more. Looks a little on the soft side to my eyes though that may be what you were going for here.
