Thanks for the welcome. I am really enjoying the camera, but I have no skills. The cool thing is, after looking at the pics on this site, I am starting to be able to tell the difference between a good pic and an average pic and man are there some killer pictures here. I never really had a decent camera, just cheap plastic dimestore kodaks, but I have always looked at things and thought, "Man that would make a cool pic. Now if I just had a camera and knew how to use it. "
I will be here quite a bit, an unquenchable thirst for knowledge is a curse I must live with.
Can you guys recommend any good books to help get started? I am thinking of taking some classes at the local community college, but they require a film camera and I just have a digital. I can probably get my hands on one though.
