Young and Eager

This is a shot of a young baseball player I was recently assigned to capture for Delta Sports Magazine. Shot through the dugout fence while the coach was talking to the team during practice. Canon t3i EF 75-300mm f4-f5.6 III @ 75mm, f4, 1/400, 200 ISO. Processed in Lightroom 5. Shot around 4PM in the California sun! Thoughts?
