Well it involvess three balloons and electricity? Well if it doesn't use electricity then you used an alligator clip to hold everything up.

inserted them into one another ehile deflated.

It's hell to inflate though - Had to use compressed air. My lungs were not strong enough.

Home made blowpipe dart.

I add about a teaspoon of cornstarch into every ballon. They do have a little powder inside , but normally not nearly enough.
