We performed a pig dissection today, it was sooo awesome!!!

Well, I have now studied the second photo at length, trying to determine all the organs I can see and am surprised to see that apparently in a pig's body the liver is placed IN FRONT of the stomach, for I cannot see any stomach.
And I am wondering why the intestines become green towards their end, and what that little bit of red is on the right ... part of the kidneys?

The trachea looks big and a bit gross along with that network of veins, arteries and tendrons...

And that round thing looking out from between the lungs ... would that be part of the heart?
