Nice shot, love the reflection. You lost some detail in the shoulder region (looks a tad over exposed), might be jpeg compression though.

If you look at the reflection at the shoulder, you'll see it is much more toward a 3-5% gray level and not blown at all. It's so hard to tell on this medium and a white bird is always a bugger.
