    No it is not, actually it is a very good picture, with loads of delicate detail, and even if it is a weed (i think it would be exotic here) it beats all those artificially grown unnaturally coloured orchids and irises hands down :)

    Heya Prism, welcome to ThePhotoForum!
    This is not a bad photo at all.
    Actually it is very nicely composed, I think, with the one sphere blossom that is in focus a bit on the righthand side, and a second, out-of-focus one as some kind of repetitional element behind it, all of it surrounded by the best colour there is: green :lovey: !!! And yes, it would be an exotic plant here in Germany, too, and definitely does not grow as a weed here.

    Thank you! And the specific name for the weed is just milkweed.. Monarch butterflies feed off of the plant.
