The image is VERY noisy.
This picture, to me, is just a snapshot. There is nothing that really stands out to me.

The shutter speed looks as though it's a little too slow and the focus is soft. Is this a heavy crop?

I did crop it a lot. I may be able to reduce the noise using photoshop.
