Canon 35mm sensor/video camera capable of ISO 4million

interesting but I don't think I need ISO 4,000,000

Might be great for military/police use, and for surveillance/monitoring under nighttime conditions. it made the face lighted by three burning incense sticks look about as bright as one full candle would on say, a birthday cake party person, so, pretty darned impressive amount of gain it creates!

ISO 4,000,000 is only 4 stops from ISO 250,000.
And it's $30,000 for the module only. The sensor has 2.26 MP and the sensor was announced back in 2013.
How many are you going to buy?

Nikon's current flagship model, the D4s, tops out at ISO 409,600 (Hi-4), approx 3 1/3 stops less than that camera.

That looks like it'd be fantastic for astronomy. We often would like to share a "live view" through the telescope, but objects are so faint that they won't show up unless it's a long exposure (and usually that has a LOT of noise.)

But at $30k... I think I'll suffer through using the current equipment.
