Canon Users: Top 3 Lenses

I dont shoot Canon but at work Ill use some and my favourite would be:

135 macro
50 1.2
70-200

Canon 85mm f/1.8

I love my Canon 85mm f/1.8, it's really sharp and produces great IQ.

When I have the money:
Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8
Canon 70-200mm f/4L or Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8

For my current XSI (crop camera), if I had the money it would be:
10-22mm (EF-S)
70-200mm IS f2.8
24-70 f2.8

If I had a full frame:
70-200mm IS f/2.8
24-70mm f/2.8
16-35 f/2.8 or 17-55 IS f/2.8

I'm a fan of covering the widest range with less lenses.
Other lenses are the primes, 50mm or 85mm or 100mm macro.

You'd be pretty disappointed by the EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS on a full frame body. =)

The top three I own...

If I could have only three for personal use...

24mm f/1.4L
50mm f/1.2L
85mm f/1.2L

If I could have only three for work related use...

24L, 50 f/1.4, 135L (I usually also had my 85mm f/1.8 along too)

If I shot Canon, I would own those lenses, and the 28-135 (just for flexibility) on a full frame body. It would be amazingness, especially that 24 f/1.4.

Canon 24-70mm f2.8
Canon 70-200mm IS f4

For a lower budget:

Tokina 12-24mm f4
Tamron 28-75mm f2.8
Canon 70-200mm f4

No macro, I am quite happy with 70-200 & extension tube combo. I have tried EF 100mm macro but I didn't buy before price increase...

hehe I am just a poor newbie with some crappy lenses but if I had money I would get EF 16-35 f/2.8L; EF 24-70 f/2.8L and EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS hmm I am seriously considering to sell one of my kidnies xD jk
