    Can someone explain what compulsory flash mode means?

    Guess: The flash fires regardless of lighting conditions.

    Where do you see this? Some EXIF reader which arbitrarily names it's EXIF tags, or is this in a manual somewhere?

    Like Garbz says, Marek: the flash will fire each time the exposure button is pressed.

    You can find this in EXIF and was wondering what is it. Thanks for the info.
