yeah I like the original too, but try going there once again hwen the fog is and reshoot to take the tops of the trees

Thanks for the suggestions all. Wish I could go back and shoot, but the snow is long gone. Just have to see what I can salvage from this one.

Or maybe you need a better scan of the negative to 16bit TIFF

I like the original version maybe just slightly burn footsteps so that there was just a visual hint they are there.
