Why do I always have the number 3 listed on top of my app badge no matter how many times I clear my notifications and make sure all messages are read?

That's Ad Blocker Plus ABP, not app. The number is the number of ads that are currently being blocked.

It's the number 3 on the photo forum app icon. I can't seem to get it to go away no matter how many times I read notifications or mark things as read.

No, the number 3 is on top of the Photo Forum app badge sitting on my home screen. How do you delete notifications or show stuff as read?
