How do I download presets? (What are some good resources for presets)

I am fairly new to Light Room and I want to download some presets I got and I can not figure it out? I know that this is probally really easy, just can't get it. Also, what are some other good presets to download for light room? Thanks

Google "installing lightroom presets" and to find more presets just google "lightroom presets"...

Create a folder called "Lightroom presets". Download presets you find from the internet and put the files in that folder. In lightroom, right click on User Defined Presets (at the bottom of the existing presets) and import the ones you downloaded. You'll need to import new ones everytime you download one.
