How to get this effect without so much noise?

Here are two photos that I love! When I try and get this effect, I get so much noise. What camera settings to you suggest to get this effect?

what are you loving, the way the sun rays are? It is about light and your direction to the light when shooting the photo. Also your aperture setting .

Yes I love the sun rays ~ I have tried this with a very high Aperture and the quality is just not what I want, what setting would you suggest?

There is also some post processing done in those photos, in addition to the use of strobed light (flash).
