Is it possible to fit this lens on my D5200?

Someone said the OP wanted vintage lens and I suggest the old Nikkor from the 60's would be nice vintage on the D5200.

NO use a proper Nikon lens.

I think you must have miss read something then.
I couldn't see anything along those lines re-reading all the thread. The OP stated they had a particular 'very old' lens through the family & was asking if they could use it. Adding that a vintage Nikkor could be a better option for them is IMO a valid & useful point, but there was never any indication of wanting to buy a lens.

Most non-Nikon DSLRs can mount the lens in question more readily but it's unlikely to be worth while even then.
