    With some PP it could be a cute candid portrait type photo!

    I think it could use a little more contrast. But at the same time it would make the shadows darker..

    But yea, I agree with Emerana

    What program do you have? It really needs contrast (curves or levels would work best) and some eye work and a little increase in saturation or virbancy
