Lyft Sacramento Question

I last used a taxi back about 1979.

I'm going to be in Sacramento in March and will likely use Lyft 2 or 3 times while I am there.
In particular, one week day morning at about 6:45, I'm going to want to get picked up at my hotel and get taken to the Amtrak station, not more than a 5 minute ride, so I can catch the 7:33 am Capitol Corridor train to Oakland.
That night, about 9 pm, I'll want a Lyft back to my hotel from the train station.

I'm wondering how soon before I want to be picked up I should message Lyft on my phone.

IIRC, it only took about 15 minutes for the Lyft drivers to get to me in Portland, ME and Boston. I think the app tells you how far away drivers are before you hit actually put in the pickup request.

15 minutes is about the max I would expect in downtown Sacramento.

I know that when I am in Sacramento the Lyft app will show me Lyft cars in the area and about how long before a car picks me up.
I was hoping someone in the downtown Sacramento area would have some 1st hand morning and evening experience.
