my 1st wedding

I was not the main photographer on this wedding, but I think I got some good shots. The main thing is that the couple loved my pictures. They actually are usiong mine over the the main photographer. Please let me know what you think...I have another wedding to shoot this weekend.

You have some nice shots here but most are cropped a little too tight IMO. The shadows are distracting both on the cake shot and some of the bride. Learning how to effectively use flash in these situations would help a lot. That takes a lot of practice and experimenting with your gear. If the crops are a result of people all around you can use lighting and/or DOF to control this as well. Good start though, keep working.

I personally like the tight cropped pictures....I prefer the main focus of the image to take up the majority of the frame.

also the couple loves the tightly crop pictures. I find the wide cropped too distracting and sometimes takes away from the main focus.
