my first photo session

this is my niece. id love to have some tips since im still very very new to off camera lighting.

First, recrop so she pretty much fills the frame, would very much like to see it that way

Cute girl and her facial expression is cute too. I'd agree that you could crop it to fill the frame.
There is a slight shadow in her left eye, maybe have her lift her head more or adjust the position of the flash?

A little fill light from a reflector would have been nice to lighten up the girl's left eye. It's just a little too harsh.

I agree with all above. More fill flash next time or a reflector perhaps. And crop crop crop. Next time, if you have clothing control, you may want to pick a different outfit. The word is drawing my eye away trying to figure out what it says.

i have a silver and bronze reflector about 2 feet in diameter. do i just need to point it where i want the light to go? i think i really should of positioned the strobes better
