need a better setup for my site

i need a html script or some kinda thing making it easier for viewing pics, something with a scroll bar with thumbnails and click it and there it is, i dont like the setup i have , the html is rough and the pics are all normal size and im not good with editing html, i kinda just stole that code from some site that has tons of different scripts... any ideas? i tried the adobe photoshop one..but i dunno why it wont work, i dont know how to get it to my site the same it is on PS, UGH

You should go through the semi difficult installation of Gallery, get gallery 2 Beta, heres my site running on gallery http://nycexposed.com/gallery

Actually I use Gallery as well, it's not too difficult to get up and running ... there is a fair bit of support and documentation on the site if you do run into difficulty!

I've been using Jalbum (http://jalbum.net/) and am very happy with it.. it works off line rather than being installed on your site. You can check it out at my site here:
