Need Professional Gallery Programmer - Well Paid!!!

For those who don't know how photopass works... You get a wristband with a bar code, ID, and access code (password). As you walk around the park, Disney photographers ask if you want to be photographed. As they photograph you, they scan your wristband. When you get home, you go to their website, enter your ID and pass code and there is a gallery of the 100's of photos you were in while at Disney.
Does anyone have experience doing anything like this before? If not, who is qualified enough to pull this off? (It would probably have to be an onsite installation and configuration)...(very professional environment)!
