Should I get K-5IIs now?

I was thinking of getting a K-5IIs to get better image quality out of my manual lens since it's more compatible than my D7000. Being so late in the game I don't want to buy it and a new model or full-frame comes out later. Do you believe the Pentax might release one soon or should I just get it now?

When they do, it will be rather pricey- but nobody seems to know when that might be. The K-5IIs has a very well-developed body, sensor and processing engine, and is very compact. I'd go for it...

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I cant really find that many reviews on this camera. Pentax marketing team sucks.

It's pretty much just an incrementally improved K-5 (not a bad thing!), with the AA filters removed. An awesome camera body, you'll love it.

Well thats a good thing. Hopefully that will help squeeze out more sharpness from my older lens. The Takumars are nice buy they are suffering from being on a Nikon body. I cant even use my Jupiter 9 at all also.
