So tired of seeing HDR photos!

You're probably tired of seeing poorly done HDR. When it's well done, it's really hard to tell.

As with any technique, it can be (and usually is) overdone. Solarization was one technique one employed in the darkroom to give the images a certain level of exoticness, and was usually overdone. UWA perspective distortion went through a phase. Selective coloring still pops up from time to time. The trick is to learn when "just enough" is just enough.

It's these totally awesome EMTs always coming out of noplace and pinning me down and forcing me to look at HDR landscapes that's the problem.

So tired of threads where people whine about things

If the HDR is done properly you wouldn't know it. You may very well have seen hundreds of them and liked them.
HDR and stitching and layering can all look bad if not done well. But, if done well just look good.

I got tons of people HDR but the forum does not like nudes. So I can't send them in.

When your a documentary photog HDR is your friend. It can makes a bad shot good by bringing more range into the mix. Or you can freak out the image with hyper real effects to draw more attention to it. In any case...LOVE the HDR!

Now pro doc photogs that work for a client may have to adhere to stricter set of rules. But as a museum photog, working for myself, I do as I like.

This is why you forum photogs are Flickr photogs and never get anywhere with your work. You give up before you even start with all your pet prejudices.

My God yes.
I almost don't look at them.
Or don't click on them.
Or just ignore them.
It's such a chore to live my own life.
I don't know how to handle it.
I must hang myself because the internet is so important to me.

You should make a new years resolution to never look at HDR again.
