    Well...um...

    How do I use it?

I don't use flashes at all, But I am reasonably confident that my GF is going to want to this weekend and I happen to have a Speedlight 155A that I can loan to her for the weekend. Since I don't use them and I use my AE-1 only rarely I have absolutely No idea what to tell her to do as far as general use, metering and what not. I got nothing but forsales and incorrect gear on google. I am in need of some quick fast informations. :(

Well thats kinda Tuff without a flash meter or chart for that flash. If you have a chart on the flash unit then you can do it by asa speed apature distance. Im talking film . If its digi just chimp the screen and dont excede the sync speed . prolly 1/125
