thoughts I was going for more of a spooky look how did I do
My "still-wet-behind-the-ears" thoughts:
I like the color, contrast, slight grain and light/shadow mix. It would be great to have a black cat in the foreground.
I'm having trouble with the composition. It is slightly crooked, and I am inclined to suggest going for a much more crooked angle for a "spooky" shot.
I am also distracted by the bracing in the upper part of the structure. It looks out of place somehow, like new lumber attached to an old structure to reinforce it? Maybe that is just the way the light hits it or something.
Could you get a shot with the shadows coming towards the camera? That might be cool too.
too much foreground
^ this. It's a good shot to me at least, but there's too much empty space in the bottom half. I'd much rather see more of the sky.
I would just crop out about 2/3 of the foreground. This is by far the best image I've seen from you. I really like it. Kudos.
glad you agree taylor
I like it.
Looks like redscale film. I'm not sure if that's what you were going for, but that's what you got, lol.
