waterfront gull

Just a seagull sitting on the board walk by the waterfront.
Nothing special really just want some opinion on the photo since I converted from NEF, and cropped from a larger image. Did some post processing, just trying to learn to shoot RAW images. This was the first time I really shot RAW/NEF so figured I'd post here and get some opinions.
C&C welcome and appreciated.
