Hello all,

I've been shooting expired black and white film on my Leica Mini Zoom camera. I usually have been finding the expired film at second hand stores. I recently came across some Kodak Plus -X 125 Film (125PX) black and white negative film. I was curious if anyone could explain to me the differences of this type of film and "regular" 35MM black and white. Will 125PX load and shoot just like any other film in my Mini Zoom? Can I get it developed just like any other film as well?

Any information regarding this would be extremely helpful

Plus-X is 'regular' film. It's merely a film that no longer in production.

Awesome. Ty for all the information.

On a second note... I was wondering when shooting expired B/W for it to come out with a bit of a greenish tinge to it. I've been commonly getting areas of pinks too..

Some B&W film emulsions do have a slight color tint to them ... I think Agfa had a slight greenish, and Kodak T-MAX tended to be pinkish ... though the developer chemicals might also add to this affect.
