so it doesn't do anything I list, like sculpting the face, yea im not using any software for retouching skin except photoshop, n yea runnah u can do this in photoshop but you gotta use your best judgement, which mine isn't always great.

I wouldn't do anything like that outside of photoshop, that is where PS really does a good job.
