I agree with you. I can't wait until July 4th to do it again. I know that I can get better and it was fun. I'll have to use my remote this year.

Shutter release... but I was way tooo close to the action....nooob mistake and missed getting all of the really big ones

There are better methods which would allow you to get beautiful explosions and colors, and almost stack multiple explosions in one exposure.

Still a fun photo though.
