Looks pretty good, but my eye is drawn to the blown out sky

You say tone mapping is this HDR or did you just tone map? I have heard people using tone mapping without HDR but I thought the purpose of tone mapping was to essentially make an HDR viewable. To me it doesnt look like an HDR but a regular old shot.
