200 year old church - Please Critique

i like the colour ones with the tree in the foreground, but all really quite nice!

For the first picture don't shoot straight into the sun because it causes flare.

No, just a UV filter (I don't think it is a polarizer, it was a pretty expensive filter)

I actually did it on purpose, I like the effect.

2 and 4 are great. I like how you altered your position from 1 to 4. IMO, you came up with a better shot w/o the sun coming through the trees so intensly.

There's too much religion in these shots. j/k #4 is best exposure but the shadow on the ground is unfortunately distracting

I actually did it on purpose, I like the effect.

I would see the point of this if you were using a small aperture to create a starlight effect. It just looks like light leaking through now, so not sure what effect you were looking for
