As the title says, this video was recorded using my Lumix GF-3 w/Yongnuo 42.5mm lens. The exposure EV - 0 or -1. The camera does not save that info, and in this case, I was so cold I didn't take notes, so I'm not sure. I converted the MTS camera file to an MP4 using DVDvideosoft's converter (probably not a necessary step), and then used my old version of Pinnacle to create the final titled output.
