Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I was going through some photos I took last year and ran onto this one. The photo was taken at the Hiawassee Wildlife Refuge in Meigs County, TN. It was very foggy and hard to focus on the birds. These three cranes flew by and I started snapping. I used my Canon 5d, mk4 with my Sigma 150-600 Sports lens. Here are my settings: F/10, Exposure 1/2000, focal length 600 mm, with the white balance and ISO set at auto. I ran it through lightroom, cropped it a bit, straightened it up, and did a few minor adjustments. What do you think about this photo?
3 Craines (1 of 1).webp

I really like this one.

The fog, warm colours and post processing give it a great oil painting feel.
I think this would make a great print.

I like the muted yet colored background. It’s not destructing but adds to the photo. Love the three difference stages each of the cranes are in too. Great shot

That's what I was trying to achieve. Thanks!

I have several photos and will be processing them in the near future.

Thanks!

The muted bg really makes the birds pop out.

The fog did most of the muting. I did very little post processing.

A closer enlargement shows significant pixelation which in turn leads to image degradation. It would not print well unless what I am seeing is a result of FB jpeg screwiness. Love the Cranes but not so keen on this shot. Not sure of the pixel count on the 5D but I would think, especially in the fog, you could drop the auto ISO and do ISO 2400 or even 3200 and get a higher shutter speed, thus a sharper image at the distance you were shooting. I shot that lens for awhile and found that f/8 was the sweet spot. Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll take them into consideration.
