IMO, the first image, I think the husband should stand and rest against the wall. He looks like he hiding behind his wife and child trying to get a glimpse of the photo.

They look a little hot on my monitor.

Also, you might want to prep your subjects on clothes before they come out for a shoot... mom's clothes may not have been the best choice here.

Last shot would be better if not dead-center, not sitting on ugly blanket thing, and family looking at you. Baby smiling in last one which is good. Baby smiling in other two would have been better.

Crop lots of the dead space from the first two.

Mom is a cutie. Baby is adorable.

I think there lovely and natural looking. The first is the best for me

I too think #1 and #1 need to have some cropped of the top of the image frame.
The pose in #1 is less than natural looking and I also thought they looked over exposed.
#1 might not have looked so awkward if the camera had been 5 feet or so to the left.

As mentioned, the blanket/comforter, poor angle and quality of the light, and horizontal frame in #3 kills the shot.
Gnarly, busy bark tree trunks make for a distracting background.
