I really like #2 and #3.
On #3 I would have loved to see her peek over her left shoulder up the stairs or even look down her left arm so we could see her face a little.

On #2 I would consider doing some clean up work on the bg between the 1st and 2nd columns.

Honestly I liked the ones in the gallery page better with her smiling. She has a very pretty smile and it just lights up the whole photo. Good work all around.
