you can try - set focus on the foreground with a lower camera posture (not angle) or blur the foreground and set focus to infinity for the clouds. I would have sharp foreground, myself. Keep the horizon from cutting the frame in half.

You could use a fill flash set to 2nd curtain to bring out the rocks and leaves.
