I agree with this. I really like the subject, composition and B&W conversion in general. I'd try to either shoot this again not including the lit section on the left, or maybe do some creative cropping to this one to reduce the white area on the left to a minimum. Also, I'd try to straighten the image so that the top of the bridge is level.

It's a little off balance, but I love the light-play in this image. It's lovely, and the long exposure adds a creaminess to the whole thing. If you do re-shoot, I'd pay more attention to composition and less about the light. It's wonderful.
