Cool shots, especially #3. The first two lack a focal point of interest.

#3 could use a little more BW processing, making the whites more white and the blacks more black. I would crop the bottom to rid the small amount of beach because it doesn't add much to the image, and maybe crop the right just a tad to rid the telephone pole. Plus I would use the building as your leveling point, it looks like it is about to slide off into the water.

Mmmmmmm.... sorry dude, I'll you black and grey at best. Those really need some contrast!

Like they're saying...these are too flat. Increase your contrast, and overall lighten things up just a bit. Your compositions are nice enough - looks like a beautiful area!

kind of what I was thinking too. They were grey. increase contrast, lower shadow, grey gone but white in waves starts blowing out and detail is gone.yellow filter before it was green

Very nice, much better. I would maybe locally burn the sand just a tad and burn the concrete a little more than the sand.

The second one, I would split the difference in the leveling between this one and the original. Crop the bottom to get the buildings out of the middle of the image.

Now we are talking, its gone from a flat image with little interest, to a great BW landscape image. I am not sure if you saw my suggestion, but I would split the difference in the leveling that you did between this and the original image.
