I'm kicking this one off with what appears to be a juvenile, red-shouldered hawk staring intently at a prospective and unlucky snack.
Next is an environmental shot with a snowy egret looking for fish. It appeared to be a beautiful scene to me as I took it all in, so I had to capture and share it.
A laughing gull kept flying over me, back and forth in search of fish in one particular spot so I snapped a shot while it was a bit backlit with some beautiful wispy clouds in the bg.
One of my favorite birds for their beautiful/strange eyes and how they dive for fish. This one had surfaced just moments before, you can still see the water droplets on it.
