5D IV or wait for 5D V

    Currently shooting on an 80D. Anybody who's a canon genius, can you speculate just how much better the V will be over the IV if they release one?

    Is there going to be a Mark V? I thought the R5 is intended to replace the 5D series and it appears that it will be very good.

    if anything it'll be an incremental upgrade, possibly combining the 5DS/5DSR with the 5D mkIV sensor performance so 40-50mpx with a 1 stop high ISO noise improvement.

    Given Canon's recent decisions though I wouldn't be suprised if the held off to see if the R5 was taking off before releasing

    Time spent waiting is " lost time". The R 5 might be the next model in line in the Five series, so...
