5D Mark II With Sigma 70-200 & Video

Has anyone else had trouble with Sigma's 70-200 2.8 APO HSM in video mode on a 5D Mark II? I tried putting it in video mode on 2 different 5D Mark II's, and got a consistent clicking noise. The same lens works fine in video mode on our Rebel T2i. The lens also works fine for stills on our Mark II's.

Autofocus is off on the lens, so it's not that clicking. I'm actually wondering if there's something moving inside the camera that is coming into contact with the lens. Suggestions?

Weird, are you using the latest firmware?

Yea - both have the updated firmware. That's the only lens that I have that doesn't work in video mode. Something just doesn't add up. It's not the camera, and it's not the lens. It's the 2 of them together that is giving me trouble.
